You will find that a large percentage of natural foods are alkaline foods. Natural provides us an abundance of alkaline foods which is excellent for us because our bodily fluid should exist in a slightly alkaline state. The foods we eat dictates if our bodies are alkaline or acidic.
Science confirms that the blood and fluids of the body should be slightly alkaline at a pH of 7.365 -7.4. PH stands for “Potential Hydrogen” and is the ability of molecules to attractive hydrogen ions.
When there are to many hydrogen ions in the body the body becomes acidic. Too many hydrogen ions floating around the bloodstream keeps the body from getting proper amounts of oxygen.
A lack of oxygen results in fatigue and sickness because the cells in the body don’t have the energy to do their jobs properly. Alkaline foods solve this problem.
Alkaline Foods Vs Acidic Foods
Most natural foods are highly, moderately, or lowly alkaline foods. Just a few natural foods are acidic foods, and they are not highly acidic. Natural alkaline foods include vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes, and whole-food grains.
Many fruits are acidic in nature, like oranges, but when they are digested they are broken down into an alkaline ash within the body and so they are also listed as alkaline foods.
If we stop to analyze this we will see that nature is telling us something. Nature wants to heal us and keep us strong because our bodies are made from the natural balance substances of the earth that natural foods are made up of.
We move away from the natural balance of vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, proteins, and fatty acids that nature has provided to keep us healthy and strong, in favor of large quantities of meat, diary, processed foods. ad junk foods.
