Eat A Plant Based Diet To Lower Cholesterol

Plant life doesn’t contain cholesterol, so eating a plant based diet will lower cholesterol. I do have to say that as a pescatarian and only eating fish my cholesterol levels were low and were at very healthy levels, and for me other animal life was the culprit contributing to my higher cholesterol levels. My cholesterol levels are at their lowest due to my plant based diet.

Lower Cholesterol With A Plant Based Diet

These are my current cholesterol levels while eating a plant based diet:

My HDL level was 49 mg/dL
HDL Cholesterol Levels
My HDL level was 64 mg/dL
LDL Cholesterol Levels
