It supplies nerves to the heart and lungs, and to the abdominal organs including the liver, kidneys and colon. It directs autonomic, cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, and endocrine hormonal systems, and even the immune system.

You can release your conscious hold on your body. Use specific breathing techniques that allow for your subconscious and unconsciousness directives to take over.

Basically all ancient cultures understood that breathing techniques could release the conscious control over the body. All ancient cultures have their own breathing techniques that subtly empower different aspects of the mind-body connection.

This comes down to inhaling calmly for 6 seconds and then exhaling calmly for 6 seconds. Practice doing this for a couple of minutes a day to quickly lower your blood pressure.[2]
