The Tough Mudder Is Today
My Tough Mudder training is over because the Tough Mudder is today, and I am ready to go. The main thing that is on my mind is to make sure I go poop before I go! Have you ever realized that relieving yourself of waste reduces physical and mental tension?
I have to make sure I eat well before I leave and also bring food with me. I will make thirty-two ounces of my Bam Bam juice to drink before I leave for the Tough Mudder.
I will also bring one twenty-eight ounce bottle of Bam Bam juice, one 28 ounce bottle of alkaline water, and on 28 ounce bottle of my Banana Date juice. I will also bring one some bananas and a container of dates.
That will cover all my vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, fatty acids, and carbohydrates. My muscles will get plenty of electrolytes from the bananas and dates. I’ll get some protein in the evening from some quinoa.
My concern for the Tough Mudder is not protein but is keeping my muscles fed and stable. I can say I am looking forward to tackling the Tough Mudder, but I am not looking forward to tackling the Tough Mudder ice bath.
