You have stop really stop and think sometimes that someone is out to kill us. Either that are big business just means more than anything else.

Nearly all government appointed bodies and nutrition experts agree we should cut our salt consumption to 5-6 grams a day. The debate still rages on though by the salt industry, paid-off scientist and their business supporters.

Supporters of salt consumption call the government bodies’ conclusion extreme. Salt consumption is killing millions of people around the world every year but cutting down on salt consumption is me t with resistance because salt is big business for the processed food and meat industry.

There evidence for salt reduction is clear but the salt industry continues to manufacture doubt the consumption of large amounts of salt is safe.
