Ty’s Conscious Kitchen is at it again. Ty’s Conscious Kitchen uses wonderful non-hybrid alkaline health supporting and disease reversing plant foods to make this delicious breakfast meal.

You can actually eat these at anytime during the day, but they are most commonly made for breakfast.

Alkaline blueberry pancakes! Sounds yummy as well as healthy. Anytime you hear or see the words alkaline you know there is reason to think something healthy is going on.

Our bodies need to stay in a slightly alkaline stay to make and environment that is inhospitable to disease. The blood and fluids of the body needs to stay at a 7.4 pH to properly oxygenate the body’s cells to provide oxygen to support metabolic functions.

This gives us energy and also energizes and supports the immune system to combat and remove disease and toxins from the body.

Ty’s Conscious Kitchen walks us through making these delicious alkaline blueberry pancakes using items on the Dr Sebi food list.

Spelt, and ancient grain is used instead of the commonly used bleach flour. Spelt is rich in protein, carbohydrates, good lipids, vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients, while the common wheat used for making common flour has basically been stripped of its nutrients.

Alkaline Blueberry Pancake Ingredients:

  • 2 cups spelt flour
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup spring water (optional)
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup agave
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp. sea moss (I used Dr. Sebi’s Bromide Powder)
  • 2 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon of grapeseed oil
  • All spice

Instructions:

  1. Add 2 cups of spelt flour to a mixing bowl
  2. Add 2 tbsp. of hemp seeds
  3. Add 1/2 cup of blueberries
  4. Add 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil
  5. Add 1/2 cup of agave for sweetness
  6. Add 1 tsp. of Dr. Sebi’s Bromide Powder Plus
  7. Dash off all spice
  8. Mix the batter together without the coconut milk. The coconut milk will solidify the coconut milk will solidify the coconut oil and cause lumps so you want to thoroughly mix the bater together before adding the milk.
  9. Add 1 cup of coconut milk after the batter has been mixed well
  10. If you prefer the batter to be thin add 1/2 cup of spring water
  11. Heat a skillet to 350 degrees
  12. Add 1/2 teaspoon of grapeseed oil to the skillet
  13. Add batter to the skillet and cook for around 3 minutes on each side
