A Vegan Shopping List to Energize Your Body, Mind, And Soul

Love yourself, love yourself, love yourself! Treat your body as the temple it is. This vegan shopping list is put together to make the body, mind, and spirit shine, and the food we consume has a direct impact on all three. Whole unprocessed vegan food and not processed vegan food like potato chips, soda, and pastries supports homeostasis in the body.

Homeostasis is the state where all of the organs and functions in the body operate at their optimal level. Homeostasis keeps the body young and energized, and whole unprocessed vegan food supports this glorious state. A vegan shopping list should only consist of whole unprocessed vegan food.

It is very important to eat lots of fruits and vegetables to saturate the body with nutrients and phytonutrients that will protect the body against disease and aging. A great way to get lots of fruits and vegetables into the diet is by making fruit and vegetable smoothies. Having a blender to make fruit and vegetable smoothies plays an essential part in my vegan diet and journey.
