The Monkeys Were Bananas

Monkeys gone wild! The monkeys were bananas! We were out having breakfast at the Bakubung Bush Lodge when a family of monkeys decided they wanted to join us.

The fence can keep lions and elephants out of lodge area, but monkeys just jump up into trees and jump over the fence. They wanted food but they didn’t have any money to pay for it so they resorted to other methods to get some food.

They coolly walked over to tables, quickly jumped on them, and snatched up pieces of fruit or bread and ran away quickly. Technically we were innocent because we didn’t feed the monkeys, like the sign warned us against.
