Ty’s Conscious Kitchen provides a delicious avocado spread recipe which can be used as an alternative to using mayonnaise. It can be used as a dipping sauce or just as a butter for your spelt bread.

Ty only uses foods on the Dr. Sebi food list because they are non-hybrid foods. It is believed non-hybrid foods only have true chemical affinity with the body and support homeostasis without any ill effects occurring during the digestive process.

Hybrid foods occur when 2 or more plants are cross pollinated to make a new plant. This changes the genetic structure of the original plants, a structure the was naturally and fully usually by the body.

These hybridized plants still maintain some of their original nutrient and phytonutrient composition and value, the process of hybridization changes eh plant on the genetic level, which changes its biology.

The process makes changes that compromise some of the plant’s compatibility with the body. Eating non-hybrid foods give the body the best chance to achieve and remain in a state of homeostasis.

Ingredients:

The foods used are alkaline foods found on the Dr. Sebi Nutritional Guide »

  • 1 Avocado
  • Juice from half of a Lime
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 2-4 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Pinch of Cayenne Powder

Instructions:

  • Place all of the ingredients together in a blender and blend until it is smooth. That is it! Time to eat!

Be careful with this avocado spread. It is really delicious so you need to be cautious and eat it with moderation. Avocado’s are made up of mostly fat. Even though it is healthy fat, it is nevertheless fat. Consuming too much fat will lead to excess fat being stored in the body and lead to weight gain.

Enjoy, but don’t eat too much.
