Overcoming Obstacles To Jumping Rope Builds Discipline

Learning to jump rope can be difficult because it involves so much to be able to do it right.

You have to build a a good rhythm and you can’t do that if you are not able to breathe correctly.

So you need to learn how to breathe deeply and calming in the face of adversity, which also helps when facing obstacles in life.

Even if you have it in your mind to breathe correctly if your cardiovascular system isn’t it shape you wont be able to deliver oxygen properly to your muscles to support proper muscle function.

That will make you tired and will mess with your breathing. Your body can be an obstacle if you are carrying to much fat.

And then you need coordination, and all of these things can negatively affect coordination. So this is where discipline comes in.

You can develop coordination in your body by aligning all of these things, but you have to have it in your mind to persevere.

If you keep working at it and understand jumping rope is a journey you can conquer you body and be in control of it.

This discipline transfers to other areas in your life and helps you to become the master of you.
