Drinking Chrondus crispus tea, also known as sea moss tea, is a excellent way to support the connective tissues in joints and throughout the body and it also serves as a natural mineral supplement.

You will need to make some sea moss gel which you can store in the refrigerator. Learn how to make sea moss gel. Once you have prepared the gel just add the sea moss gel to some hot water and you have your basic sea moss tea. You can make variations.

  • 6 oz of hot spring water
  • 1/8 teaspoon of clove powder
  • Sweeten to taste with date sugar or agave
