Vegetable Soup Made From Foods on The Dr. Sebi Nutritional Guide

There are two parts to this soup covered in the above video. First I prepared and cooked the soup base.

It contains sliced greens and also seasoning to add flavor the the spring water.

After I prepared to soup base I added in the ground provision. Ground provision is hearty foods the earth provides, like root vegetables, squashes, etc.
