When we detoxify and purify the blood we remove toxins, fungus, bacteria, and viruses from the bloodstream and this supports healthy living. We accomplish this by cleaning and strengthening the liver to help it efficiently screen the blood and remove fungus, bacteria, viruses, and toxins.

Cleaning the kidneys also helps it to efficiently remove waste from the body. Herbs and super-foods are used to clean and strengthen the liver and kidneys so they can purify the body the body more efficiently.

  • Hippocrates said it best, “All disease begins in the gut.” So, it is very important to eat the right foods because you are what you eat. There are tmes that we can’t resist the foods surround us and it’s okay as long as we eat tese “unhealthy foods”, oftentimes. It won’t be worrisome also if, we detoxify our body. The blood in the diagram – the before and after is an eye-opener to everyone who do not care about their health. Regarding the herbs/superfood, spirulina is worth a try. I hope everyone has healthy lifestyle. All the purifying blood pills you have mentioned, what is the most recommended? And is it okay take if I’m suffering arthritis? Do we take it after meal or before?

    • Aqiyl says:

Burdock, dandelion, ginger, and sarsaparilla are most recommended. They are okay to take even though your have arthritis. You should always monitor how you react to herbs. Turmeric/Curcumin is good for arthritis.

    • Pamela Foster says:

Thanks Aqiyl! I think, I would go with ginger and Turmeric. Your recommendation is very appreciated.

      • Aqiyl says:

I wouldn’t disregard burdock, dandelion, and sarsaparilla. I would add at least one of them, and I lean towards burdock root.

  • John says:

How many days do I use these to thoroughly cleanse my blood etc? How many bottles of each product should I buy?

Are there any supps I should avoid while doing this cleanse?

    • Aqiyl says:

I used the uncommon herbs like dandelion, burdock, sarsaparilla daily as part of my 3 month deep herbal cleanse. After that time I stopped taking them daily. Foods like ginger, cilantro, and goji berry can be used as a daily part of the diet.

  • Rebekah says:

Hi. I am wanting to do this liver cleanse as well as the kidney cleanse. Is it safe to do while breastfeeding? Thank you so much

    • Aqiyl says:

Wait until you are done breastfeeding. Eat a lot of whole-food plant based based foods and drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.

  • Nikeya says:

Do you use a certain vitamin or capsule herbs? I have been reading that some of the herbs and vitamins that are in a capsuled is not the purest in form. What you think about that? Meaning- before the herbs was dried they were already been laced with pesticides. Have you ever think about growing your own herbs?

    Thank you

    • Aqiyl says:

      Hi Nikeya,

It is always best to grow your own herbs, but it is better to take herbs in capsules than not take them at all. You will not get the full potency of growing the herbs yourselves, but if you don’t take any herbs at all you will not get any of the benefits. Presently I don’t have access to land to grow my own herbs and my 1st attempt to grow herbs inside did not go as well as I wanted so I use herbs in capsules until I find a better way.

  • Tosh says:

In reference to the blood detox, what is the best way to use the suggested herbs? In a pill form or by blending herbs together in a smoothie? Also how often should you use them? Daily for a week or certain time frames? Thanks
