Alkaline Fruits And Vegetables List

By | June 15th, 2016 | Modified - June 20th, 2016

An alkaline fruits and vegetables list is useful to have around because their consumption supports health by helping to keep the blood in the body at a 7.4 pH.

This is important because when the body has a buildup of too much acidic minerals it threatens to lower the pH of the blood below 7.4.

When the pH drops below 7.4 metabolic acidosis occurs which results in illness and death. The body constantly monitors the blood and if too much acidic compounds threaten to flood the bloodstream, the body borrows calcium from the bones and puts it in the bloodstream.

It is so important to maintain the pH in the blood at the correct level or the body will compromise other areas of the body to do so.

The result can be the development of osteoporosis, a weakened immune system, anxiety, candida overgrowth, and many other ailments.
