Since vegan food does not contain cholesterol consuming them gives the body a break from having to process new cholesterol entering the body, and the body can focus on removing excess cholesterol from the bloodstream and from the lining of the arteries. This helps to strengthen the heart and improve the circulation of oxygen throughout the body so it can be used to burn fat. This leads to vegan weight loss.

Only vegan food contains fiber. Meat and dairy do not contain fiber. Fiber helps vegan weight loss in several ways. Fiber helps to bulk up poop so the muscles of the intestines don’t have to strain to move the waste through. When there is too much strain, ruptures in the mucus lining of the intestines can develop and waste can get caught in those pockets. These pockets are called diverticula, and overtime a lot of waste can get trapped in the pockets lining the intestines and cause the belly to become bigger. Fiber also normalized bowel movements so that stool is regularly removed from the body, which leads to vegan weight loss.

Fiber lowers LDL cholesterol which helps the body focus on removing LDL cholesterol that can sticks to artery walls and damage them. Lowering LDL cholesterol supports heart health by helping to lower blood pressure, reduce inflammation, and improve blood circulation. Oxygen is delivered more efficiently so fat can be burned more effectively. Improved circulation also gives the liver more of an opportunity to process fats in the bloodstream more efficiently. This leads to vegan weight loss. Do we see a pattern developing?

Meat, processed meat like hamburgers and hotdogs, pastries, and cakes are loaded with fat. They are also loaded with hydrogenated oils that are harmful to our bodies. They all lack fiber and nutrients that would interact with each other and regulate their digestion. Vegan food contains a wide variety of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, carbohydrates, fats, and fiber that exist together with synergy and have a greater and supportive effect on the body. This combination leads to vegan weight loss.

There are a couple of things to remember. Though many cooking oils are vegetable oils they are not whole food and are concentrated oil, which is concentrated fat. Many people are overweight because they consume large amounts of foods cooked in oil or made with oil. This concentration of fat overwhelms the body, often goes unused during the day, gets stored in fats cells at night, which leads to weight gain. If you must us oil it is better to use coconut oil. Coconut oil raises (good) HDL cholesterol, which removes HDL cholesterol from the bloodstream.

Though wheat is a vegan food, the “common wheat” we mostly eat today is a GMO product. The genetic modification of wheat changes its composition from something that naturally supported the health of the body to something that has become harmful to the body. The genetic modification was done to increase its gluten levels and to make it resistant to herbicides. We end up with dangerous levels of residue herbicides on our food, and the combination of the genetic modification and the toxic herbicide residue causes gastrointestinal issues and interferes with digestion. This supports weight gain.

To have successful vegan weight loss we need to eat a vegan whole food diet. Consuming vegan junk foods like potato chips and cakes reduce the chances of experiencing vegan weight loss. A vegan whole food diet is an excellent and rather easy way to lose fat weight and to control your fat intake.

An excellent way to achieve vegan weight loss is to drink plenty of fruit and vegetables smoothies. Making smoothies allow you to consume more fruits and vegetables than you would normally consume. You will multiple the amount of vitamins, minerals, and phtyonutrients you consume with will quickly help to remove fat and toxins and help the body get back to a state of homeostasis. Homeostasis is the state where all he organs and functions of the body operate at their optimal level.
