It doesn’t hurt when a celebrity embraces a vegan diet to help bring awareness and confidence to the idea of adopting a vegan diet, especially when the celebrity is beautiful. Mya!

Mya has embraced veganism and not only avoids eating animal-based foods, but she also avoids using products made from animals.

Mya recently revealed to SOHH that a plant-based diet helps her be her best with less effort. Yes Mya has embraced a vegan diet and has done so hardcore!

Mya said to maintain her image she has to keep her body in tip top shape, and she does this much more easily eating a vegan diet. She said she looks and feels better being a vegan, and the diet allows her to be better without having to exercise as hard or as much.

Mya is almost into her second year being a vegan and she considers herself a hardcore vegan. She said she is still learning the best ways to approach the lifestyle and diet.

She experiments with different foods and surrounds herself with other vegans who can teach her knew things and who can help direct her to where she wants to go. Mya revealed:

It is a lifestyle for me and outside of just food, I’m practicing fashion and making sure I’m not wearing leather shoes and I have not worn furs since a long time ago. I have to be very conscious when I’m making decisions and saying I’m vegan because I have to be about it all the way and now that has given me some thought into creating certain things like home décor.

I’m ever-changing and ever-growing.
